Therapy is used to better understand internal experiences, recurring patterns, and the impact of past events - and to work toward more clarity, stability, and choice.
Therapy is a space to make sense of what’s going on and understand how your thoughts, emotions, and patterns are shaped by what you’ve been through. It’s about gaining clarity, building stability, and reconnecting with yourself.
I work in an integrative, trauma-informed way, mainly drawing from schema therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. The methods I use are grounded in research and clinical evidence - and always adapted to you, not the other way around.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place online. I aim to create a space that feels steady, respectful, and safe enough to look at what’s difficult - and to work together towards your goals.
Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that supports the nervous system, helps release tension, and builds emotional steadiness.
We breathe constantly, without thinking - but when we shift our attention to how we breathe, it becomes a tool. Through rhythm, pacing, and depth, breath can help manage stress, regulate emotions, and reconnect with your body. The effects can often be felt right away - more grounding, more calm, a clearer mind - and tend to deepen with regular practice.
In a session, I guide you through a steady breathing rhythm set to music. The practice is active and focused, followed by time to rest and integrate. Sessions are personalized - we can focus on what’s most relevant for you, whether it’s stress, emotional regulation, or recovery after a demanding period.
Breathwork can be done on its own or alongside therapy. It’s not a replacement for therapeutic work, and it’s not suitable for everyone. There are some contraindications, which we’ll go over together before the first session.
No prior experience is needed - just a willingness to explore and breathe with attention.
